Having served for five years on a leadership team that planted and developed a new church in Korea, Byongsu Kim (Ben) understands the challenging and exciting ministry of church planting.  After serving in the Korean military and graduating from seminary in Australia, Ben worked as a bilingual pastor (in both English and Korean) for over 13 years in Korea, Australia and the United States.  He currently works as an Assistant Director of the Korean Doctor of Ministry Program at Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS), while he is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Intercultural Studies at RTS.  Ben also does freelance work for various Christian ministries as a certified, simultaneous interpreter and translator of Korean.

Ben and his wife Karen live in Orlando, Florida and have two children.
