Bob Cargo has planted churches in such diverse places as Chicago, IL, Oxford, MS and Atlanta, GA. While still in seminary, Bob and a fellow student planted Covenant Presbyterian Church in Chicago. In 1985 Bob planted Intown Community Church, a daughter church of Perimeter Church in Atlanta, GA. He was the Senior Pastor of Intown until 1998 and served as the Senior Pastor of Orangewood Presbyterian Church in Orlando, FL from 1998 to 2002.  Bob grew up a Baptist, attended an Evangelical Free seminary and became a Presbyterian minister. So, he’s a bit confused, but he’s still a great guy.

Bob currently serves on the teaching team of Perimeter Church in Atlanta, GA and serves as the church’s Director of Church Planting. Perimeter is a church which has planted over 30 churches in the metro Atlanta area and is now on target to plant two more each year. Bob's wife, Margaret Anne, coaches tennis and teaches Physical Education at Perimeter Christian School and they are blessed with two daughters and two sons.
