Thank you for your interest in serving as a
volunteer with GCA in Advancing Church Planting
Movements through Kingdom Partnerships!
We would be delighted to have the opportunity to work with
you, and will be so grateful for your help. Quite literally,
we could not provide the breadth, depth and overall quality
of training for church planters that we do without the
sacrificial commitment of our volunteers.
We’ve listed below the various roles you might fill. We need
help with most of these these activities all week long, from
Monday (setup) through Friday. You may sign up for as many specific
roles, days and times as you like when you register (see
below).

GCA Volunteer Roles:
Training Room Host/Hostess
This volunteer role includes the following responsibilities:

| Help
the speaker with anything he/she needs before and
during the training session |
| • |
Welcome students into the class |
| • | Start
the session on time |
| • |
Introduce the speaker to the class (we'll provide
the information for you) |
| • |
Emphasize to the students the importance of the
session surveys |
| • |
Distribute and retrieve the session surveys |
| • |
Evaluate the speaker (complete a special GCA
evaluation form) |
| • | Report
any needs to staff, solve problems as they arise |
Since you will be in the training room during the sessions,
you will be able to enjoy and learn just as the paying
students do.
Registration Host/Hostess
This volunteer role includes the following responsibilities:

| Greet guests and trainers with a warm welcome
and convincing smile |
| • | Check
in attendees, determine payment status |
| • | Help
attendees locate name badges |
| • |
Distribute Church Planter Training Manuals |
| • | Answer
questions, give directions, help and orient
attendees as needed |
For each half-day you serve in this role, you may be our
guest for two of the training sessions of your choice.
Shuttle Van Driver
This volunteer role includes the following responsibilities:

Drive passenger van between Orlando
International Airport and the hotel site. |
For each segment you work, you may be our guest for
two of the
training sessions of your choice.
Setup/Breakdown
This volunteer role includes the following responsibilities:

| Assist GCA staff before the
Conference with audio and other setup "grunt
work" (anyone can do this!) |
| • | Assist GCA staff after the
Conference with break-down,
packing, clean-up (yes, anyone can do this too!) |
For each segment you work, you may be our guest for
two of the
training sessions of your choice.
