This 4-session Advanced
Workshop is especially designed for those
who want to empower, encourage
and effectively support leaders
in the church.
As a pastor/shepherd of your
flock, you have invested much of
your life in one of the primary
Scriptural mandates for pastors
- to "Equip the saints for the
work of ministry...." (Eph
4:12). This workshop is
designed to help you (and
perhaps other leaders in your
church) carry out this mandate
with greater effectiveness, with
a special focus on
leading/equipping
leaders
- both those on your staff and
those in your congregation.
You will be guided via an
interactive, adult-learning
process to discover:
-
the Biblical basis for
coaching
-
the art of asking questions
-
how to improve ("G.R.O.W.")
your coaching skills
